I feel anxious and it isn’t moving

I still till today don’t know if my ex-friend (not girlfriend or boyfriend, just friend) was faking depression or not, me and another friend was about 1 month talking to that ex-friend and we really had our own reasonings to why we think she was faking depression but idk if it’s enough evidence or not, if she was then she is fine now but if she wasn’t she’s in danger cuz the only person she talked about it was me and my friend (which made me and my friend think she had that a double standard since not even to her parents or siblings she told it), can someone help me out with finding out?

Rapidly Story why it’s rapid: So about in Jan 1st 2024, I had 2 cats but one went missing and my other cat has been really sad lately and my mum is sick my dad works everyday and sometimes comes at midnight and I have a lot of people who hate me including my sisters, and I just cried but I still am and now it’s all ready been 7 months since my cat went missing and really the only things that calm me down are my parents, who are not here yet and some photons of my cats…😢😢

Perhaps it actually is static but he did this on purpose to try and ease us into thinking we are relaxed since we are all considerably stressed

Frrrr my lungs start to hurt so bad and it’s so hard to breathe and then I feel light headed and my heart is pounding and I get mad rlly easily

My anxiety is bad. I don’t know why or where it stems from. Last couple years have been the worst. I have honestly thought/wanted to take my life, it’s that bad. I can barley drive a car. Every stop sign/traffic light, I’m on the verge or having a bad panic attack. Being in my 30’s not where I want to be in life on many levels. Now I can barley drive. What’s your best advice ?
